In this research, the mechanical properties were studied from experimental, theoretical, and numerical aspects of sports prosthetic foot for purpose providing a sporty limb with high performance, easy to use an appropriate financial cost by amputees who have lost their lower limbs (amputation below knee) in practicing activities overcoming physical disability. The dimensions blades calculated based on side profiles European patent specifications. chosen fibers strength, are light weight, can be purchased price than materials that used production feet already market produced specialized companies such as Ottobock Ossur. Six laminates composite material consisting matrix orthocryl lamination 80:20 pro reinforced different (Kevlar fibers, carbon glass perlon fibers) fabricated form rectangles using vacuum system then cut required CNC machine. density volume fraction samples rule mixtures calculate entered into ANSYS program. Then boundary conditions applied athlete's total deformation, strain energy was find out best industry. It noticed better terms Young’s Modulus, well deformation. laminate obtained is (12 K + 4 C).
